There will be two meetings on the 13th - the first at 7.30 is the first meeting after the election and will deal with normal business and post election administration. The second meeting is the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council and will include the election of a chairman for the year and a review of all Parish Council policies. Agendas for both meetings are attached.

The draft minutes from the meeting held on 22 April are attached - these will be considered for approval at the first meeting on 13th May 2024.

Final cash book for the year to 31 March 2024 is also attached. This has been subject to an independent external audit and it will form the basis for the Council Annual Governance and Accountability Return - which will be published in due course.
