Meeting open to the public
A resident reported that the trees at the Manor House were still causing issues at the allotments, this will have a risk to the Wildlings group. Clerk is to chase County for a resolution. The resident reported that the farmer had cut the bridal path up to the dog leg, but from dog leg to the park still needs cutting. KS advised this will be completed. The resident reported that the hedge from the working men's club along the footpath also needs cutting right back. Clerk to address with landowner. The ditch is also full again of debris, Clerk to report to highways. Residents raised the highways issues concerning 27 Lutterworth Road development, contractors are parking in no parking zones, working on Sundays, causing obstructions on the highways and not following planning guidance on these matters, Clerk to write to developer and copy in Planning Officer. The Open reach building has been reported by residents at the general untidiness with overgrown vegetation, this will also be reported. The telegraph pole on Lutterworth Road adjacent to the dog bin is damaged with the box hanging from the pole, this will be reported by the Clerk


(b) Borough Councillor: Tony advised street cleansing is a current issue, it is currently being looked at by the scrutiny committee. RBC are looking into a new telephone system to ensure all calls are answered whilst home working is continuing. There are changes to the Planning department Nicola Smith joins as the new Head of Planning. The scrutiny committee are currently discussing the Town Centre strategy consultation as well as possible increases in parking charges.
The community project grant is still live with £38,400 available to grants, each one up to a maximum of £3,000. The Rural development fund is still live with £25,000 available to grants, each one up to a maximum of £10,000. An underspend by RBC of £17,000 has been transferred to the Rural fund.

Planning Applications and Decisions for Consideration: No new applications
R20/0259 The HGV facility has been extended 5 times and is now extended to 17th December.
R21/0914 23 Lutterworth Road remains open.
R21/0937 Radio Station, Montillo Lane 10 dwellings, has been approved.

Highways/Lighting
The Clerk continues to address the chicane and lamp on Lutterworth Road with Eon and Western Power for resolution. St Denys have lights out, Yew Farm entrance has lights out and Lutterworth Road, Clerk to report.
Resolved: LM Proposed to approve the terms of reference, seconded by TS, all agreed. AG would like minimum number of group to be 6. A public request will be sent for volunteers. The verges policy will fall under Highways in future. The speed sign is now fully charged, LM & AG to install on Coventry Road. The road sweeper attended on Friday.
James has spoken to PC Fenton regarding the speed watch initiative. The coach company continue to reverse into St Deny's view, Clerk to arrange for PC Winter to visit to address.
